MDF Doors

MDF Doors

(medium density fiberboard) is an engineered wood product made from recycled and recovered wood fiber.

Trustile
TruStile® pioneered the use of MDF as a preferred material for painted door applications due to its advantages over alternative materials. Their MDF doors are built with solid MDF and authentic stile and rail construction, using super-refined MDF, providing unrivaled smoothness and finishing. TruStile offers any custom design or size with short lead times.

Rouge Valley
Rouge Valley uses high quality MDF to create doors of virtually any style. Their doors are resistant to warping, cracking and shrinking with a smoother finish than wood so they are easy to paint. Their MDF doors are Fire Rated.

Bolection
Bolection crafts doors out of a solid, one-piece wood composite panel, the preferred material for painted door applications. Unlike traditional stile and rail construction in which the door is comprised of many separate pieces, Bolection’s doors are more stable and will not warp or crack due to the changing of seasons or humidity levels.

Bolection uses “double refined” wood composite panels, utilized exclusively for interior doors and mouldings. Because of the solid nature and high density of the door panel itself, Bolection is able to provide customers with a product that has excellent sound reduction properties over common hollow core doors.
